2. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us before sending it back. Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a few business days. Please note that:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Only the cost of the returned item(s) will be refunded.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly.
